Service terms
These terms govern use of Surgical Dressing Source, an independent business procurement coordination service. We do not manufacture or sell the products discussed through the service, hold distribution authorization for them, or act as a medical provider, laboratory, regulatory authority or certification body.
You are responsible for providing accurate requirements, including product configuration, dimensions, materials, quantity basis, destination, timing, packaging, labeling and document questions. We may organize this information, contact potential suppliers and compare the responses received. A response, sample or document does not constitute our endorsement or guarantee.
Specifications, prices, minimum order quantities, production assumptions, lead times, documents and delivery scope must be confirmed with the responding supplier for the exact proposed product. Public references are used only to frame questions. Buyers must conduct their own commercial, quality, regulatory and professional review.
Nothing on this site provides diagnosis, therapy, recovery or disease-prevention advice. We do not determine product suitability, promise availability, guarantee a price or claim that a supplier has been audited or approved. Any optional sourcing support remains subject to the eligibility statement shown on the site.
The buyer makes the final decisions on intended use, samples, evidence, supplier, price, trade terms, freight, insurance, duties and acceptance. Changes to a requirement should be recorded and approved before order placement.
Do not submit unlawful content, confidential health records or information you are not authorized to share. Contact details and inquiry content may be used to respond to the procurement request as described in our Privacy Policy.
