Start with the buyer brief
Send the information needed to compare factory responses without filling open fields with assumptions. We review the brief as an independent sourcing coordinator, then use it to organize supplier questions. Submission does not confirm stock, sterile status, medical suitability, regulatory acceptance, document availability, price or lead time.
Name the dressing construction, dimensions, material layers, adhesive boundaries and sterile or non-sterile requirement. If alternatives are acceptable, say which attributes can change and who approves the substitution.
Separate pieces, packs and cases. Give quantity by configuration, the US destination, target timing, desired sample quantity, currency and whether an optional budget is per unit or for the whole order.
List individual wrap, inner pack, case count, labeling, shelf-life, sterilization and other exact-product records that the responding supplier should address. Name the buyer-side reviewer when known.
Use the secure inquiry form on this page. No public address, phone number, response-time promise or social account is represented because none is configured. Follow-up details can be agreed after the inquiry is received.

We may clarify the configuration, contact relevant candidates and organize responses on a consistent basis. The buyer remains responsible for intended use, qualified review, samples, documents and supplier approval.
Factory quote request
The optional configuration, budget and positioning controls are appended to the submission without replacing your requirement text. Premium, mid-range, budget or undecided expresses the buyer's preference; it is not a supplier rating.
When specifications are still being developed, identify the decision as open and list acceptable comparison paths. This keeps supplier alternatives traceable and prevents an unapproved substitution from being treated as the original request.
