Requirement-led coordination
Our service starts with the requested construction rather than a supplier's promotional category. We organize the intended buyer channel, dressing format, material and construction, dimensions, sterile or non-sterile status, adhesive or skin-contact requirements, pack count, quantity unit and US destination. These fields create a common question set for candidate factories; they do not establish that any option is suitable, in stock or documented.
We help structure the requirement, contact relevant candidates, request comparable answers and mark exclusions. Suppliers must confirm their exact proposed products. The business buyer approves samples, evidence, substitutions and commercial terms.
State whether the request concerns an absorbent pad, adhesive island dressing, non-adherent contact layer or another defined construction. Add dimensions, material layers, adhesive boundaries, skin-contact restrictions, sterile or non-sterile requirement, and the intended packaging hierarchy. Where the requirement is undecided, label it as an alternative to compare rather than leaving suppliers to infer it.
Give quantity by configuration and distinguish pieces, individual packs, inner boxes and cases. Name the US destination and requested trade or freight scope, target timing, sample quantity, labeling needs, shelf-life information and documents expected with the proposed model. An optional budget must identify currency and whether it is per unit or for the full order.
A comparison is usable when each candidate answers the same configuration, quantity basis, pack count, currency, quotation validity, sample scope, destination and delivery responsibility. Public product-family sources may help identify attributes to ask about, but they are not evidence that the quoted item has those attributes.
Keep missing construction details, alternative materials, sterilization information, packaging integrity evidence, labeling responsibility, shelf-life records, production assumptions, freight exclusions and approval owners visible. We do not convert a related certificate, test report or marketing statement into proof for another product or manufacturer.
