Our role
We are an independent sourcing service for business buyers preparing surgical dressing requests for factory comparison. We do not manufacture or own the products, hold distribution authorization for them, or act as a medical provider or certification body. Our responsibility is to turn an incomplete buying request into a structured brief, coordinate questions with candidate suppliers and keep unanswered points visible. Supplier statements remain supplier statements, and the buyer retains final authority over the specification, sample, documents, intended use, regulatory review and commercial decision.
| Requirement | Buyer input | Supplier confirmation |
|---|---|---|
| Product definition | Intended channel, construction, dimensions, material preferences and acceptance questions | Exact proposed model, construction and any deviation from the brief |
| Packaging | Individual wrap, inner pack, case count, label language and artwork responsibility | Confirmed pack hierarchy, print scope and packaging exclusions |
| Order basis | Quantity by variant, counting unit, US destination and timing objective | MOQ, quoted quantity basis, currency, lead-time assumption and freight scope |
| Evidence | List of records needed for buyer, regulatory or quality review | Documents tied to the proposed product and manufacturer, with unresolved items stated |
We can place these answers side by side, highlight inconsistencies and coordinate follow-up questions. We do not decide clinical suitability, validate a regulatory pathway or promise that a document is sufficient for the buyer's program. Those decisions belong to the buyer and its qualified advisers.
| Evidence layer | Status in the sourcing file | Owner |
|---|---|---|
| Buyer brief | Recorded as provided, with open fields and alternatives labeled | Business buyer |
| Public reference | Used only to frame attributes and questions; not proof of the offered product | Named third party |
| Quoted model | Pending until a supplier provides written configuration and supporting records | Responding supplier |
| Sample decision | Accepted, rejected or held with reasons documented against the agreed brief | Business buyer or appointed reviewer |
| Commercial approval | Made after price, quantity, pack, destination, timing and exclusions are aligned | Business buyer |
This separation prevents a common procurement error: treating a related product page, generic test report or supplier profile as evidence for the exact item under consideration. We ask candidates to identify the manufacturer, proposed configuration, packaging revision and document relationship so the buyer can assess the right evidence.
Requirement cleanup, candidate contact, comparable question sets, sample logistics questions, quote normalization and a record of unresolved points.
Final specifications, intended use, regulatory and clinical decisions, document sufficiency, sample acceptance, budget and supplier selection.
